Our Work

What is MEVA working on?

MEVA aims to accelerate the transition to an all-electric future through public education campaigns, key networking and partnerships, programs and policy advancement.

MEVA's broad array of works includes tabling at Michigan events, public speaking, partnering with key members of the transportation sector, advancing equitable pro-EV policies and legislation, running different campaigns individually and jointly with other organizations to promote EV adoption. All of our works help to accelerate broader EV adoption by all communities.

Relying on Michigan’s vast automotive history, we will transform the industry and Michigan’s economy to be focused on the planet and set the stage for long-term success and prosperity.

Join us for the Clean Cruise!

MEVA is in the planning stages of organizing the first annual “Green Cruise” to be held in the Detroit area, the weekend before the Woodward Dream Cruise. The amount of cities involved and space we can reserve directly depends upon the amount of EVs and sponsors/organizations we have signed up for the event. Please spread the word and join us!

Our primary campaign currently is MI Clean Cars 2030 which is a joint campaign between MEVA and the Ecology Center.

Please check out the details of this campaign!
